Agreement
By accessing or using the services provided by Clarity & Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Clarity & Co. provides virtual assistant and administrative support services. The scope of work, deliverables, and schedule are defined in your individual service agreement.
Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Invoices are due within the period stated on each invoice.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver our services or by law.
Cancellation
Either party may end the engagement with written notice as described in your service agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity & Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.
